You contact the QC department at USC and one of our trained associates will get back to you ASAP. Since you went to USC, USC handles all communication with factories offshore.
What is your Privacy Policy?
USC does not release any information / tooling or data without written consent of the customer.
Do our RoHs PCB’s cost more than non RoHS PCB’s?
Yes there is a slight cost added based on each P/N’s data. Main cost factors are based on Material temps and surface finish.
What are the temperature requirements for lead-free processing (material, etc).
IPC-4101 calls out a min Tg of 150 for RoHS. Each assemble has different requirements thus the range can be from 150 Tg – 200 Tg.
Do we have UL approved RoHS boards?
All our factories both Domestic and Offshore are 94V-0, ISO and UL approved. We keep all certs on file electronically.
What payment options are acceptable?
We take all type of payments, NET 30 if credit is accepted. We can also use Visa & MasterCard as well as pre-Payment and COD.
What's the minimum order?
Approx values are $500 for 2-Layer, $750 for 4-Layer $1,000 for 6-Layer. 8 Layers and higher depend on actual data, qty and lead-time.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Terms are FOB Florida. Our preferred method is UPS GND. Each P/N’s cost depends on weight and method of shipment.
Can USCPCB provide stencil data for our assembly house?
Yes, we can. We also have a partnership with an outside stencil company.
What is the quickest you can turn a board around?
We can turn a 2 day here in the USA and 3 day offshore. Lead-time depends on number of layers and qty requested
What information must be provided in order for USCPCB to accurately quote a job?
We would always prefer Gerber Data but can quote off Prints only. Data to include all layers, drill file, print with dimensions and fabrication notes.
